Akito Resurgence: Code Geass
The final movie is out. I have included a short recap of the previous series.
1: Some japanese moved to other countries to escape the Britannian forces. In Europe, Akito(Eleven) has joined the european forces in taking down Britannia. He is part of a covert team of eleven who attack Britannia. Akito is the cream of the crop who is named the "Ghost of Hannibal". He is trying to rise up the ranks of the forces to be recognized. Leila, a female captain who is leading akito's team and is the daughter of a former high ranking official who was assassinated by Britannia. After a long battle, akito is the last surviving member of leila's unit. He escorts her to meet the general to receive new orders but, is attacked by three figures. After easily subduing them, they are revealed to be eleven kids. Leila takes them into her team to protect them as part of the fresh orders to attack Britannia as part of the vanguard. The movie ends with a glimpse of suzaku traveling to Europe on a train.
2: Leila and her unit(Akito and the three kids whom she takes into her team) are sent to the frontlines by a rocket system(first of its kind). Upon landing, the new recruits attack akito but are ambushed by Ashley unit of britannia. Akito and the recruits fight ashley's team. Ashley directly confronts akito into a fight in the knightmare, both are equally strong. But, suddenly akito's geass("DIE,DIE,DIE") activates and he starts to overpower ashley. Now his thoughts are spread among the other recruits by the neural network connections in the knightmare and they too start to overpower the ashley members. Ashley is almost defeated when a new knightmare comes and intervenes triggering thought s in akito about this past. He looks up to see a silhouette which turns out to be his brother. The team gets a glimpse into akito's past through the neural connection. They see akito over a sea of corpses and his parents and his brother ordering akito to die using his geass. Leila intervenes and stops his brother(Shaing) from attacking akito. Both teams retreat while the european army arrive to complete the mission. The finals credits ends witha character called jackel arriving in europe. Lelouch has been brainwashed and sent to europe after the first black rebellion at the end of season 1. He arrives with suzaku as his escort.
3: Leila's team are currently on standby while, the euro army finish the takeover of the lands. Due to unknown reasons, the team are currently unable to enter the army base and so they spend the time on the wilderness where they meet a group of gypsies. The team mingles with the gypsies and dance all the while avoiding the conversation with akito about the visions. Mean while, Lelouch makes a plan to stage a fake Fleigya(nuke) launch to start panic among citizens. His plan succeeds with a mass panic and riots among citizens. Shaing figures out the truth behind jackels identity. He orders jackel to retreat and takes control of the army as other leaders are mysteriously assassinated. On the other hand, the situation in Europe dissipates as leila reveals the truth to the citizens.
4: Shaing gets ready to attack akito and his headquarters. He prepares the army and throws away all sentiments. He assassinates his family and the other top brass to get control of the army using his geass. He prepares his troops and starts an aerial assault. Ashley, who has just arrived on the scene after escaping from akito's attack from movie 2 joins up with army pretending to help them. he realises that shaing has changed and that he is no longer the person he once knew so, he decides to help akito's team. Akito and team get ready for battle. the castle is protected by barriers but, the aerial vehicle could be problematic so, he plans to attack it. The movie ends with akito turning to help his friends and the aerial vehicle being destroyed.
