We see the piano teeth on the den den mushi. That is clearly Scrathman Apoo, the one from the trio of pirates. They were last seen preparing to fight Kaido . One of two possibilities exist:
1. Kaidou beat the pirates and asked them to swear their loyalty. buy, kid refused so he is jailed while his crew is spared. Scratman and hawkins join kaidou.
2. The trio join an alliance with kaidou and the take his help to fight shanks. Shanks and kaidou were always fighting even before marineford war.So, kaidou offers his devil fruit powered crew members to assist the trio to take down shanks.
